.: Day 1 of my 100k blessing! 3 lives blessed! :.
I took off this morning with really a lazy start, since I did not have a good sleep the night before and was waken earlier this morning since my parents had to leave house to catch their flight early in the morning. Head was pain, eyes were sleepy, very much wanted to just call up school and report sick! (Woops.. the other side of me) However I heard God's voice telling me, church starts on monday and there is someone I will be blessing today. With that I took on with a new spirit and went ahead that morning with praises on my lips and prayer from my mouth.So much work was given to me when I step into the Staff room and before I can settle them, I had to go for flag raising. The busy morning took a turn when I saw this student taking a stalk of flowers, and she approach me to ask me if I wanted to buy one to help the cancer foundation. I hesistated initially since it was so small and it cost $2. Ended up I decided to buy and be a blessing to her. This started of my day of blessing with me helping out my collegues babysit classes and taking the classes height and weight. If I have the opportunity in the pass, I would not have readily volenteered myself. I also had a request by a collegue the day before to help him with some course that afternoon till 5pm. Hence I agreed to help, although part of me initially was unwilling. I had already a so called "test" run with my dad yesterday w henhe came into my room, seat down to talk to me, telling me to take care of myself and my sister when he and my mother is away. Guess it was also coz he was in a good mood, hence I just took on the opportunity and told him God can answer prayers and what kind of blessing does he need, while taking out the 100k pamplet. Then as he look at it, rather seriously, he mentioned off course health and looking again say also on friendship and relationship. Well normally my dad wont be so nice to entertain me on such matters, but that night, he just seat there, listening to me, reading with me the simple short prayer in the pamplet and agreeing that he will be blessed! Praise God! My other 2 blessing for today came with my intentional meeting up of two students for lunch. Bought the students lunch, and bless then with the donation flower which I bought in the morning as well. It was a good time of just chatting and then they were rather suprised at the 100k pamplet. Student " Woh cher.. all the blessing like very good lei.. cant have all huh? Very difficult to choose lei"Even as I heard that, I then come to realised indeed it is so true that men are greedy, but God is gracious and he gives and bless readily! It was a wondeful opportunity which opened up the doors for me to share with them : Indeed you can be blessed with all of it when you come to know the Lord, for He is a giver of them all! I had the chance to share more with both of them and one was rather open. Hence praying she will join us soon at service! It ended off with both of them declearing the blessing prayer on their own aloud as we guided them along and me closing with a words of blessing for them! What a wondonerful start Father for a Monday for me! Thank you so much! Well I could not have done all these without the Lord guiding me and not forgetting my 2 dear grandaughters, Cecilia and Yuping who help me enguage their friends and also supported me through out the conversations with their friends, my students! * Clap Clap* Thanks so much, you really helped much in just the simple things!
