Do you think we look alike? Well many say so but me and my sister we always deny! Well we share this love - hate relationship which many might not understand! Haha.. anyway it has been 4 happy days without my parents around and me and my sister are just starting to enjoy it... minus away the washing of clothes, clearing the rubbish, topping up the water, keeping the other small details in place, which are all normally done by my parents! Yeh you can say, it is only when they are not around till you understand their importance!
Anyway the past few days of being sick definitely had taken away much talk time between me and my sister. One thing which she did and helped me much was to moniter the washing machine and hanging up all the clothes yesterday. Thanks so much my dear sister! All I did was put the clothes in and soon after went to sleep. (Being sick definitely had the privillage.. woops)
Why did I highlighted her in my post today. The very reason because she was the person I blessed today. For my whole day, what I did at home was mainly sleep, if not I would be spending time praying and reading. I was also asking God, how can I go and bless someone today, with the fact that I am not going out only till at night. When night came, and I was out, I was still looking around asking God who is the one He wanted me to bless. Frankly speaking, blessing my sister never came to my mind at all, even when Michelle asked me during dinner, have I blessed her yet. I just told her, well she is a hard nut to crack, so will do it later.
However as I went and heard what Sebest shared about his 100k blessing that day, as as we sang the simple worship song, my heart was blessed and knew that as I journey back, God will give me the person to bless for today. Initially I wanted to buy Mr Bean soyamilk for myself to drink, but then also not sure why, I just bought the value pack and it comes with the red bean pancake as well. I did not drink the soyamilk and decided maybe can just bring it home for my sister.
Anyway to cut the long story short, I came home, had a great talk and laugh with my sister. Guess she did not get to talk to me for a few days since I was sick. After that I pop out the 100K blessing card and bless her. Although she was not very in favour of it, she still fill and and managed to pray for her.
Indeed she is a hard nut to crack, but I believe that in this season God will change her!
One thing for sure, the entire day I was hoping and praying I can bless someone, looking out for pepole, but the blessing is right before me, which is my sister at home. Dont get so caught up at times with finding who to bless, maybe you have not looked at the people infront of you, for they might be the one that God will bring for you to bless today!
