As I read through today's entry, the thing that caught me was this statement:

"Every act of rebellion dulls the conscience. Every sinful choice to resist God, to go our own way, to do our own things empowers the flesh and increses carnality. And slowly, the heart starts to stray."

As I reflected this upon my own life, I realised at some point and certain areas of my life, I might hvae dull the conscience in me. I dont think it is exactly done out due to my rebellion nature, but more so with what I think I can do more then what God can do.

The next thing that caught me was: How serious am I about pleasing God?

Seriously, in everyting that I am doing, I do hope and pray that my every action will please the heart of God. I do not work to seek the approval and to win the hearts of men, but that which is upon the Lord's Heart!

Lets not harden our hearts today anymore especially so when we know God wants to come in and work through some areas of our life. Let him come in and turn this heart of stone into a heart that beats strongly for Him!
