Today I went back to the land which I was birth from, the very place where I came to know the Lord, beacuse of a group of people who went out and share the gospel, people who went out and take their time to love the people and pray for the people in this land! I am really so glad I took the time off to come down to once again bless this land, as indeed this is a land where the harvest is out there, if only the labourers are willing to come and reap the harvest!

I went not knowing what to expect, but just be ready to be used by God to bless the people. We gathered at the usual prayer location and committed to the Lord what we are about to do. This time round, we got packet drinks as well as biscate to bless the people instead of apples! After a time of prayer, the warriors were sent out 2 by 2 to the place where God placed upon our hearts to bless. For me, I went along with Junhao back to Raffles Hall. Initially I thought there will be many people whom we can bless, however as we reach the place, the common areas are rather empty. This hence brought us to venture and knock on doors of the respective rooms. This is definitely something I have not done before and something I am rather afraid of. However with God assuring me and giving me the boldness, I went ahead. Junhao started with the first guy he met walking back to his room.. and from then on, at every door we went, every one of them received our blessings generously and even invited us into their rooms. Most of the people staying there are PRC SM2 students coming into NUS this year and they are really so open to receive the blessings of prayers and some even asked how is the posture they need to be in to receive the prayer blessing! Amazing..... I was also challenged to share with them in chinese in my not so good chinese and thankfully they understand! We only ventured about 5 rooms and we already blessed 7 people and used up all our blessing gifts!

God is really good when you just trust in Him and move in the Spirit! We gathered back for processing and the one thing new which I did was to go door to door to knock and bless. My learning journey was that indeed God opened up my eyes to see that the harvest out there is just waiting to be reap, we just need to be willing harvesters to be used by the Lord!
